Byography                                          

 

Alessandro Casale was born in Taurasi (Avellino) on the third of february 1933. He lives and work in his studio in Lucca at 25, Arcivescovado street. Self taught, he studied classical matters and obtained a law degree.

He took part in many collectives and art exhibitions:

1974 first Biennale (two yearly exhibition) of contemporary art of the United States of America- Waterbur.
1976 exhibition of contemporary painters. Art Gallery "Il Ventaglio" in Florence.
1984 exhibition Expo Arte in Tirrenia (Pisa)
1986 Arte Fiera (art fair) in Bologna
1990 in the collective painting exhibition in Villa Bottini Lucca
1993 Euro Art Expo Verona
1997 Etruria Art 8 in Venturina (Livorno)

Some of his works appear in the italian and foreign public and private collections.
